· Any warranty claims must be directed to us first. Rest assured, we will do everything in our power to assist you.
Even though we remain Independent, do not succome to scare tactics that other dealers claim there is no warranty with SleepSorted.
It is a matter of Australian Law to offer waranty.
· Warranty is supported by SleepSorted and our suppliers. Rest assured, our suppliers include Authorized Dealers in their respective territories. We feel so strongly about this that if warranted, we will provide warranty personally ourselves!
We are selling OEM products from the manufacturers, not "knock offs". If the product is non-genuine, it will be in the description.
· SleepSorted sources products Nationally and Internationally.

· 5 Year, Back to Base Warranty on the CPAP units
(Back to SleepSorted, QLD, we also provide Warranty Support for our friends at Play It Again Enterprises, USA).
· 90 days on tubing, water chamber and masks for manufacturer defects only (Due to hygiene reasons).
· Return postage to us is in QLD is not covered under warranty. We will discuss with you what minimum we need to test the unit to save you money on postage. You need to insure fully your parcel. Any return postage costs back to our suppliers will be paid by us.
It will either be repaired or replaced for you. Warranty does not cover Accidental or Physical Damage caused from drops, spills or events that are not typical of CPAP therapy, nor normal "wear and tear".
Conditions of Sale
· You have been assessed by a Health Care Professional that you require CPAP treatment. It can be your free choice to use CPAP therapy, with or without a prescription, no liability is accepted by SleepSorted in case of physical injury, illness or death due to incorrect treatment.
Auto machines are not appropriate for the treatment of Centra Sleep Apnea (CSA) and/or where patients have Conjestive Heart Failure. If you have one of these conditions, please consult your doctor as we may not be able to supply an auto machine unless prescribed by your doctor.
Funds must be cleared and all information supplied to allow us to ship your item.
· Please choose carefully. No refunds are given if you change your mind or make a wrong selection.
Many parts may appear the same, make sure you have the right product code or product before you order.
· Standard Australian consumer protection laws apply of course if the product is faulty or defective.
Once products are opened, this is the most difficult situation in which we can assist due to hygiene reasons.
· SleepSorted sources products Nationally and Internationally, therefore we may need to send your product away for repair or replacement.
